Welcome to Skarb! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Skarb. Skarb operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Skarb is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. 
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

1. About us

Skarb Prints is operated by Dmytro Karlash, a sole trader registered in England and Wales. Trading name: Skarb Prints. Our website is skarbprints.com. Contact: studio@skarbprints.com

2. What we sell

We sell giclée print reproductions of original artworks by named Ukrainian artists. Each product page shows the artist's name, city, and the title of the original work.
Every print is made to order. We don't hold stock. When you buy from us, we pass your order to a print production partner, who produces and ships your print directly to you. We take care to represent colours and print quality accurately, but screens vary. If you're unsure about a colour or size, email us before ordering — studio@skarbprints.com. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time.

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email and process your payment. If we can't fulfil your order for any reason, we'll let you know and issue a full refund.

Every print is made to order specifically for you. Please check your order carefully before submitting – size, framing, and delivery address. Changes after submission may not be possible once production has started. You confirm that you're buying for personal or household use, not for commercial resale.

You can place an order if your country is available for selection in the “Shipping to” menu or in the drop-down menu on the Checkout page.

Skarb Prints does not sell products or provide services to residents of Russia and Belarus.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) for UK orders and UAH (₴) for Ukrainian orders, inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. You confirm that the payment details you provide are correct and that you're authorised to use the card or account. We occasionally run promotions. Promotional prices apply only to orders placed during the stated period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

5. Shipping and delivery

We fulfil orders through POD providers and print studios in the UK and Ukraine respectively. Delivery estimates shown on the site are indicative, not guaranteed.
Once your order is dispatched, it's in the hands of the carrier. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. For Ukrainian orders, dispatch is managed via Nova Post. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

6. Returns and your consumer rights

If you change your mind, please contact us before production starts, and we'll do our best to help — orders@skarbprints.com. Your statutory rights are fully protected. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you're entitled to a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and include a photo of the issue. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

All artworks reproduced on skarbprints.com remain the intellectual property of the respective artists. Skarb holds a print reproduction licence granted by each artist, limited to the works listed on the site. When you buy a print, you're buying a physical reproduction for personal use. You don't acquire any intellectual property rights in the artwork. You may not reproduce, scan, digitally copy, or commercially use any image from this site without our written permission and the relevant artist's consent.
The Skarb name, logo, and site design are our property. Don't use them without asking.

8. Artist partnerships

Every artist on Skarb Prints receives 20% of the retail print price on every sale. This is paid directly and is not contingent on thresholds or net margin calculations. Framing and delivery are excluded from the royalty base. Artists are listed by name on every product page. We don't use anonymous or AI-generated art. Every work on this site was created by a named person who is fairly compensated for it.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to that policy. Because the site runs on Shopify, Shopify also processes certain technical and transaction data. You can review Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

10. Our liability

We take care to fulfil every order to a high standard. But to the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, any loss arising from a delayed delivery or a product not meeting your decorating expectations. Nothing here limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded under UK law.

11. Feedback and reviews

If you submit feedback, reviews, or suggestions to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for our business — for example, as a customer quote on the site. You keep ownership of what you write; we're just asking for permission to use it. Reviews should be honest. We may remove content that's fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful.

12. Third-party links and tools

We may link to external sites or use third-party tools (for example, Shopify's checkout, or embedded social content). We're not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. If you leave our site, you do so at your own risk.

13. What you must not do

You must not use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes someone else's rights. Specifically, you must not scrape, copy, or extract data from the site using automated tools (including AI agents), attempt to bypass any security measure, or use the site to send spam or fraudulent content. We reserve the right to suspend access to anyone who misuses the site.

14. Changes to these Terms

We'll update these Terms when our business changes or the law requires it. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use skarbprints.com after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we'd genuinely rather sort it out. studio@skarbprints.com. You also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform if you're based in the EU: ec.europa.eu/odr.
