Refund policy
Every print is made to order and produced specifically for you. We take quality seriously, and problems are rare. But if something does go wrong, here's how we handle it.
Can I cancel my order?
If you contact us before production begins, yes. We'll cancel and refund in full. Once it's in production we can't pull it back, but get in touch anyway and we'll see what we can do. Email us at orders@skarbprints.com.
My print arrived damaged or something's wrong with it
Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it. Send a couple of photos of the damage and the packaging to orders@skarbprints.com and we'll get a replacement out to you at no charge.
Please don't throw away the packaging before you've had a chance to check the print.
I changed my mind
It happens. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll give you a return address. The print needs to come back in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Return postage is at your cost — we're a small independent business and can't absorb it, but we'll process your refund promptly once the item arrives back with us.
Framed prints are produced to order and can't be returned for change of mind. If yours arrived damaged, the same terms above about damaged prints apply.
My order didn't arrive
If tracking shows your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate and replace. If a parcel was returned to sender because of an incomplete address or a missed collection, re-shipping costs are at your expense.
Gift cards
Non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.
