How long will it take for my print to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your print within 1–3 working days. Once it's on its way:

UK — 1–3 days via Evri

UK orders are delivered to your door by Evri. Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification from the carrier directly — if the timing doesn't work, you can use it to redirect your parcel to a convenient pick-up location.

Ukraine — 1–3 days via Nova Post

Ukrainian orders are delivered via Nova Post to branch pick-up only — not to parcel lockers or by couriers. Our prints are packaged to arrive undamaged, and that packaging is too large for most parcel lockers. When placing your order, please indicate a Nova Post branch that's convenient for you.

You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

UK — free on orders over £100, otherwise £5

A few things worth knowing

If you need to change your delivery address, email us at orders@skarbprints.com before your order dispatches — we can't redirect a parcel once it's on its way.

If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days, and we'll sort it. Read more in our Return policy.
